What do you sell?
I sell unique handcrafted miniature food items.
Where do your miniatures come from?
All of the miniature food sold on this site is handmade by me, Emma (hello!).
What materials do you use?
I use mostly polymer clay to make these miniatures.
Where are you and do you ship worldwide?
I am in France and ship Worldwide.
How much is the shipping?
You can find our current rates here. All orders over 150€ are sent free!
How long will my order take?
It varies. The majority of the miniatures on the site are handmade for you once your order has been placed. We keep no items in stock. Most orders are ready to send in less than a week.
For orders with lots of items, or orders at a busier time of the year (springtime and the last four months of the year), the time to complete orders will be longer. Please keep this in mind if ordering for gifts or a special occasion.
Once shipped your item should be with you within 5-10 days depending on where you are.
Please remember that I am a mother with a family to take care of. School holidays, illnesses and other unexpected things may sometimes affect the time to prepare your order. I'll keep you updated of any unforeseen delays.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You can also use Apple Pay.
Do I need to set up an account?
No, but please do!
There are advantages to creating an account - future checkouts will be much quicker and all of your orders will be listed together right here on the site.
If you do not wish to create an account, you can still use the store as a guest.
What currencies do you accept on your site?
All prices are in Euros. The final order amount shown in your cart is in Euros.
The currency converter (top right on most pages) can be used as a guide when using the store. Your card company / PayPal will make the final conversion (which may vary slightly from the rates used on this site) when you make your payment .
Any charges or refunds to your payment card / PayPal will be issued in Euros. Refund amounts may be slightly more or less than the purchase price due to fluctuating exchange rates.
Is your site secure? Are my card details safe?
Yes. The checkout is securely encrypted (always check for the padlock next to the web address in your browser). The site and checkout are powered by Shopify who specialise in providing an extremely high level of security.
Payments are securely processed through PayPal and Stripe. We never have access to your card details.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If you chose "registered shipping" then you will have a tracking number that you can use to check your order online. The information should be included in the confirmation email sent to you when your order shipped.
If you didn't chose registered shipping, we have no way to know where your order is. The French post office advise waiting two months. Please check with your regular delivery person or with neighbours who may have been entrusted with your package in your absence.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?
In spite of our careful packing, very occasionally items are damaged in transit. If this happens please contact us (preferably with a photo of the damage) so that we can advise you further.
I changed my mind. Can I return an item?
Yes. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. More information here.
