In countries where we have had frequent problems with undelivered packages, this option is not available. Registered shipping will be required.

The rates above cover the majority of our items. Rates for occasional larger items (e.g. miniature furniture) may vary but will be clearly indicated at the checkout.

These times are given as a guide and are in addition to the time needed to create the items for your order. These may be even longer at busy times eg the holidays, Christmas.
