Constructed of choux pastry balls: some dipped in seasonal red icing and some partly covered with pearl sugar "frost".
Others are covered with real gold leaf,
In between the Choux balls you'll find holly, snowflakes and many other embellishments.
Complete with a separate red stand on which to display this beautiful piece.
